Job Description

As an experienced Software Sales professional with over 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for achieving team and individual sales targets in alignment with the PPM domain. Your key accountabilities will include planning and executing product sales strategies for Software as a Service and On-Premise solutions across various verticals in the SME & LE segment. You will be tasked with generating and nurturing leads through various methods such as Calls, Scouting, Relationship Building, and engaging with Channel Partners. Conducting Product Demonstrations both face-to-face and via Web-conferences will be a crucial part of your role. Additionally, you will be expected to gather market intelligence through primary and secondary research methods. Creating and maintaining new channels by engaging with partners, participating in localized marketing campaigns, and managing accounts of existing customers will also be part of your responsibilities. You will lead a team of sales and pre-sales professionals, ensuring effective communication with customers and vendors through all available channels. Your educational background ideally includes a B.E/Science Graduate with a Post Graduate degree in Business Management or MBA. A minimum of 3 years of experience in selling Human Resource Management Products, with prior exposure to Enterprise Cloud Software Products, will be highly advantageous. Having established relationships with CXOs, specifically CIOs, HR heads, and CTOs, will be considered a strong asset. The preferred regions for this role include West (Mumbai, Pune), South (Hyderabad, Bangalore, Vizag), and North (Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida). The successful candidate will be required to be based in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune, Bangalore, or NCR.
