AGM / Sr. Manager / Manager - Enterprise Software Sales

You will be responsible for achieving the assigned team and individual targets for the position, region, and the product or service line aligned with the PPM domain. Your key accountabilities will include: - Planning product sales across wide verticals in the SME & LE segment for Software as a Service and On-Premise solutions. - Generating and maintaining leads through calls, scouting, relationship building, and engaging with channel partners. - Conducting product demonstrations for clients using face-to-face and web-conference methods. - Utilizing secondary and primary research to generate key market information. - Creating and maintaining new channels across the geography by engaging with them in forums, calling, and visiting. - Undertaking localized marketing campaigns by visiting local and geographic events to interact with prospects. - Managing accounts of previously closed customers and reaching out for reference generation. - Efficiently managing the sales and pre-sales team assigned to you, including inside sales and consultants. - Ensuring standardized and qualitative guidelines while communicating with customers or vendors through all forms of communication channels. - Coordinating and managing post-sales activities for implementation deliveries. Qualifications and Competencies required for this role: - Education: Preferably B.E/ Science Graduate with a Post Graduate degree in Business Management/ MBA. - Minimum 3+ years of experience in selling Human Resource Management Products. - Prior experience in selling Enterprise Cloud Software Products in the specified regions. - Strong relationships with CXOs, especially CIOs, HR heads, and CTOs, will be considered an added advantage. - Regional preference for West (Mumbai, Pune), South (Hyderabad, Bangalore, Vizag), and North (Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida). - The candidate must be based out of Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune, Bangalore, or NCR.,
