AGM - Sales AUTO PAINT

As an Assistant General Manager (Sales) at Azadpur, Delhi, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales managers to drive sales performance in the Automobile, OEM, or Auto Paint Industry. Your role will involve ensuring timely execution of orders, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through both direct and indirect channels. Your key responsibilities will include leading and motivating the sales team to achieve annual sales targets, monitoring performance, driving sales through distributors/dealers or directly, maintaining strong customer relationships, submitting monthly sales reports, and ensuring team-wide accountability for sales objectives. Additionally, you may be required to travel across India as per company guidelines and handle special assignments as assigned by the management. To excel in this role, you should possess strong leadership and team management skills, a proven track record of achieving sales targets in relevant industries, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, proficiency in sales reporting and data-driven decision-making, and the capability to multitask in a dynamic, target-driven environment. Educational qualifications should include a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field, with an MBA or Post-Graduate qualification in Sales & Marketing being advantageous. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of relevant sales experience in the automobile, OEM, or auto paint industries, with expertise in team management and achieving organizational sales goals.
