AGM Procurement

Job Description: You are sought after to fill the role of AGM Procurement for the Commercial Interior Division (Retail, Commercial, and Hospitality sectors). In this position, you will be tasked with developing and implementing strategic procurement and material management processes. Your focus will be on optimizing costs, managing vendors efficiently, and ensuring smooth execution across various projects. Key Responsibilities: - Develop cost-effective strategies for planning, budgeting, purchasing, and scheduling project requirements. - Review BOQs for all interior fit-out projects and assess POs, bills, and vendor contracts. - Supervise all purchase orders for interior materials such as wooden items, paints, tiles, ceilings, electricals, MEP, hardware, etc. - Analyze and compare costs for interior materials sourced nationwide. - Collaborate with different departments for procurement activities. - Provide guidance and assistance to procurement team members during process changes. - Establish and uphold procurement policies and procedures to establish a centralized procurement program. - Manage vendor and contractor relationships nationwide; onboard new contractors for fit-out projects. - Keep detailed records of purchases and project costs associated with procurement. - Develop a framework for cost benchmarking and implement zero-based costing practices. - Handle purchase orders, bid management, and resolve invoice discrepancies. Qualification Required: - B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline. - Minimum of 12 years of experience in Civil, Interior, and MEP procurement. - Demonstrated success in managing procurement for interior fit-outs in Retail, Hospitality, and Commercial projects nationwide. - Profound knowledge of material specifications and subcontractors in relation to interior fit-outs. - Excellent negotiation skills, market awareness, and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently under strict timelines while maintaining quality and client satisfaction. - Previous experience working from the vendor side is essential.,
