AGM - Plant Operations

Role & responsibilities

• Create and implement best practice manufacturing vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve business performance.
• Ensure that manufacturing strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs in terms of price, quality, and delivery targets and which enables the company to function and compete effectively in the market.
• Develop and manage master production schedule and operations budgets for products to directly support and ensure that the product is delivered to agreed cost, quality, and timelines.
• Evaluate the challenges faced by the business and take action to mitigate risks and develop opportunities.
• Take ownership of the manufacturing policy, guidelines, and any associated documentation.
• Develop & implement innovative manufacturing processes in respective mfg. unit.
• Work on utilizing plant capacity and efficiency to reduce the operative plant cost.
• Ensure minimum machine breakdown time and predictive maintenance of the machineries with the help of maintenance team.

Provide strong leadership to the manufacturing departments, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should have 15+ years of strong work ex with good exposure in electroplating, heat treatment, forging processes.

Production: Expertise in managing production processes, optimizing workflows, and ensuring efficient utilization of resources to meet production targets.

Quality: Strong understanding of quality management systems, quality assurance, and implementing best practices to maintain product quality and compliance with standards.

Maintenance: Proficient in overseeing maintenance activities, implementing preventive and corrective maintenance measures, and ensuring optimal equipment performance.
