AGM- O & M ( Operations and Maintenance)

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the

  O&M operations

  for all solar projects (rooftop and ground-mounted) across multiple sites.
• Develop and implement

  preventive and predictive maintenance schedules

  to ensure maximum system uptime and performance.
• Oversee

  site operations

  , ensure safety compliance, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Monitor system performance through SCADA/remote monitoring tools and analyze data to identify performance deviations.
• Manage a team of engineers, technicians, and service partners for smooth field operations.
• Coordinate with the

  Execution and Design teams

  to ensure seamless project handover to O&M.
• Maintain relationships with clients and provide timely performance reports, breakdown updates, and maintenance summaries.
• Handle vendor management for replacement parts, AMC contracts, and service-level agreements.
• Drive initiatives for performance optimization, cost reduction, and process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all

  safety, environmental, and regulatory standards

• Prepare and monitor the

  O&M budget

  , resource planning, and inventory control.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in

  Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

  (Masters degree preferred).

• 5-10 years of experience

  in solar O&M, plant operations, or field maintenance, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of

  solar power systems, inverters, SCADA systems, and performance analysis tools

  .
• Proven ability to lead field teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to site locations.
