Job Description

A renowned manufacturing company is currently hiring AGM HR for their Kolkata & Gujrat plants.

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Admin & HR Leader to oversee all Administrative, IR, CLM and human resource functions of all the Plants.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of HR practices.
The candidate may have capability ensuring smooth daily operations, employee satisfaction, regulatory compliances, CLM and effective HR and admin policy creation & implementation, Green Field Project.
HR functions to ensure 'Happy & Motivated Employees' in all Plant Locations

Preferred candidate profile

Capability Development & Delta movement of all locations including the Plant Heads.
Smooth Industrial relation and handling all emergency situations & risk management.
100% Compliances in all locations & Liasoning with all bodies & authorities and CSR activities.
Strong in compliances & IR.
Strong in manufacturing know how's.
Manufacturing Background required for this position.

Package - upto 35LPA

Base location is Kolkata
