AGM / DGM - Technical Services

Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and develop the Technical Services Department to ensure alignment with organizational goals.Foster a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance yield, productivity, and cost efficiency. Lead investigations and provide solutions for process-related issues in coordination with production and quality teams. Ensure strict adherence to GMP, ICH guidelines, and all relevant regulatory standards (USFDA, EU, etc.). Review and approve technical documents including process validation protocols, technology transfer documents, and change contro Provide robust technical support to cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and R&D. Collaborate with customers and partners to resolve technical queries and support audits and inspections Drive initiatives to improve process robustness, reduce cycle time, and enhance operational efficiency and product quality. Promote the adoption of best practices and modern technologies. Mentor, train, and guide the technical team to build competencies in process understanding, regulatory awareness, and problem-solving.
