Job Summary

AGM/DGM Procurement

cost-efficient, scalable, and quality-driven supply chain

Key Responsibilities

1. Procurement Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for Civil, Interior Fit-out, Furniture, FF&E, and allied packages aligned with project timelines and budgets
  
• Build category-level sourcing strategies for key materials and services
  
• Support leadership in transitioning procurement from project-based buying to standardized and scalable procurement systems
  

2. Vendor Management & Development

• Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage vendors, subcontractors, and manufacturers across:
  
• Civil & Interior Works
  
• Modular Furniture
  
• Loose Furniture
  
• Carpets, chairs, tiles, joinery, finishes, and allied materials
  
• Negotiate rates, commercial terms, credit periods, and SLAs
  
• Build long-term vendor partnerships with performance scorecards
  
• Drive vendor consolidation and preferred supplier programs
  

3. Cost Control & Value Engineering

• Lead cost optimization and value engineering initiatives without compromising quality or design intent
  
• Benchmark market rates and maintain updated internal rate cards
  
• Ensure procurement aligns with approved BOQs, specifications, samples, and budgets
  

4. Project-Level Procurement Execution

• Coordinate closely with Design, Projects, and Finance teams for seamless procurement execution
  
• Ensure timely issuance of POs/WOs, delivery tracking, and resolution of supply chain risks
  
• Proactively manage long-lead items to prevent project delays
  
• Support site teams with material clarifications and vendor coordination during execution
  

5. Furniture & FF&E Management

• Lead furniture sourcing, specification finalization, mock-ups, and approvals
  
• Manage domestic and international furniture vendors (where applicable)
  
• Oversee furniture production timelines, quality inspections, logistics, and site delivery coordination
  

6. Quality, Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure all vendors and materials comply with project specifications, quality standards, and statutory norms
  
• Maintain complete procurement documentation including:
  
• Vendor onboarding records
  
• POs/WOs
  
• Technical submittals and approvals
  
• Support audits and internal governance requirements
  

7. Team Leadership & Process Building

• Build, mentor, and scale the procurement team as the organization grows
  
• Establish SOPs, templates, and standardized procurement workflows
  
• Drive digitization and data-driven tracking of procurement performance
  

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience

• 6–15 years of experience in

  Procurement / Supply Chain

• Strong background in

  Commercial Interior Design & Build / Turnkey Projects

• Hands-on experience in:
  
• Civil & Interior Works procurement
  
• Furniture & FF&E sourcing
  
• Large-scale commercial projects (IT offices, MNCs, corporate campuses, coworking spaces, etc.)
  

Technical & Domain Expertise

• Strong understanding of BOQs, specifications, materials, finishes, and execution methodologies
  
• Deep vendor ecosystem knowledge across India (international sourcing experience is a plus)
  
• Proven negotiation, cost control, and value engineering capabilities
  
• Ability to manage procurement in fast-track, high-pressure project environments

Educational Qualification

  Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design / Supply Chain Management

• MBA / Postgraduate qualification in Supply Chain or Operations (preferred)
