We're seeking a highly skilled AGM/DGM - Legal to join our team who can provide strategic legal guidance, manage contracts, and ensure compliance with regulations and handle mergers and acquisitions in medical devices company to support our business growth and protect our interests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts with suppliers, distributors, and partners
- Mergers and Acquisitions- Support M&A activities, including due diligence and deal structuring
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to medical device regulations and industry standards
- Legal Advisory- Provide advice on business decisions, risk management, and dispute resolution
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent)
- Experience; 10-12 years of legal experience, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry
- Skills- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation
*Nice to Have:*
- Experience with FDA regulations and ISO standards
- Knowledge of medical device industry trends and best practices
- Strong network of industry contacts and external counsel
