Job Description

Role & responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing and expanding the channel partner network to generate bookings for residential projects. This role involves building strong external relationships, managing a team of executives, driving channel productivity, and achieving revenue targets through indirect sales.

  • Manage and grow a network of channel partners, brokers, IPCs (International Property Consultants), and referral associates.
  • Drive project briefings, product training, and engagement programs for external channel partners.
  • Track and manage channel-generated leads, ensuring consistent conversion and sales closures.
  • Lead a team of Channel Sales Executives and ensure their daily activities, follow-ups, and targets are aligned.
  • Ensure accurate broker onboarding, documentation, and commission processing in line with internal policies.
  • Provide regular market intelligence and competitor insights from the broker ecosystem.
  • Maintain MIS, dashboards, and pipeline reports for management review.

Preferred candidate profile

5+ years experience in channel sales and overall sales experience of 10+ years in real estate, FMCG, insurance, financial services, or telecom

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Familiar with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
  • Proven track record of handling external partners and delivering team targets
  • Local market knowledge and broker ecosystem familiarity is a plus
