Agile Manager

As an Agile Manager, your role will involve working in IT/software/product-based companies and focusing on delivering projects using Agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc. Your responsibilities will include: - Facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives - Ensuring smooth progress of product/features delivery - Coordinating across developers, QA, product owners, and stakeholders - Removing roadblocks for the team You will be responsible for implementing Agile best practices and ceremonies, ensuring that Jira / Azure DevOps / Trello boards are updated, tracking sprint velocity and project timelines, and driving continuous improvement. Your role will also involve working with product owners and business teams, managing prioritization of backlog items, and communicating progress, risks, and delivery plans to stakeholders and clients. Additionally, you will be coaching teams to work in an Agile mindset, assisting in resource allocation and team structuring, and monitoring productivity and collaboration.,
