Business Analyst Agentic AI

Location: PAN India

Exp: 8+ yrs

JD:

Key Responsibilities:

Opportunity Discovery & Mining:

Conduct deep-dive assessments of business processes to identify
agentic
automation opportunities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand pain points, inefficiencies, and automation potential.
Leverage process mining tools and frameworks to uncover high-impact use cases.

Effort & Cost Estimation:

Prepare detailed effort estimation models for automation development and deployment.
Calculate cost implications including development, licensing, infrastructure, and support.

FTE & ROI Analysis:

Get clear and correct understanding of volume and AHT figures by interviewing Operations SMEs.
Perform FTE impact analysis and quantify potential savings.
Develop comprehensive business cases including ROI, payback period, and strategic value.
Present findings and recommendations to leadership and transformation teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

Mini 8+ years of experience in automation consulting, process analysis, or digital transformation.
Proven track record in agentic automation discovery and opportunity mining.
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in effort estimation and cost modeling.
Expertise in preparing business cases and ROI models for automation initiatives.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath (MUST), Automation Anywhere), process mining platforms, and business analysis frameworks.
