About the Role

Agentic AI Trainee Program

As a Trainee, you’ll work closely with our AI engineering and research teams to understand, test, and improve the next generation of intelligent agents.

Key Responsibilities

Learn and apply principles of
Agentic AI systems
including planning, decision-making, and multi-step task automation.
Assist in developing, testing, and fine-tuning
AI agents
across different environments (customer service, operations, research, or product workflows).
Work with
LLMs (Large Language Models)
and
multi-agent architectures
to build prototypes.
Collect and analyze data to improve model performance, reliability, and safety.
Document findings, create reports, and present insights to mentors and senior team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand use cases and optimize AI agent workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing final year) in
Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Engineering
, or a related field.
Basic understanding of
AI/ML concepts
, NLP, and
Large Language Models (LLMs)
.
Familiarity with
Python
or another programming language used in AI development.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)

Exposure to
reinforcement learning
,
prompt engineering
, or
autonomous AI agents
.
Knowledge of
API integrations
and
cloud platforms
(AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with tools such as
LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI
or similar frameworks.
