Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for an Agency Team Leader / Insurance Consultant located in Kolkata. The Agency Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team to achieve sales targets, providing consulting and support to team members, strategic planning to drive business growth, and ensuring excellent communication among team members and clients. The role involves daily analysis of team performance, motivating and guiding team members, and developing strategies to improve customer service and achieve company goals.

• Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus
