Agency Recruitment Manager

As a Manager- Recruitment at GSP upGrad, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Edutech-Agency Recruitment within the Study Abroad sector. Your role will involve staying updated with industry trends to contribute to strategic planning and forecasting for the B2B segment. Your responsibilities will include developing and training education agents on effectively promoting the brand you represent. Additionally, you will be expected to source agents through various channels such as fairs, business trips, inquiries, referrals, and general searches to support business development efforts. Previous experience in recruiting international students using a B2B model will be considered advantageous. You should have a proven track record of successfully identifying and nurturing potential business partners while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The role will also involve conducting client research, which may involve engaging with influential figures within the industry.
