Role Overview:

Agency Partnerships Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, connect, and

  onboard advertising agencies

  (large, medium, boutique) onto the Xley platform.
• Build and maintain

  senior-level relationships

  with agency leadership, media planners, and brand strategists.
• Pitch and

  sell the Xley platform

  as a scalable solution for influencer discovery, analytics, and campaign execution.
• Partner with agencies to

  create monetizable use-cases

  and drive recurring adoption of the platform.
• Conduct

  product demos, workshops, and training sessions

  for agency teams.
• Gather feedback from agencies and work with product/ops teams to

  improve platform features

• Track and report key metrics: adoption, revenue contribution, and retention.

What We're Looking For:

• 48 years of experience in

  ad agency business development / partnerships / client servicing / media sales

  .
• Strong

  agency network and connects

  in Mumbai and/or Delhi.
• Proven track record of

  selling media, tech, or marketing solutions

  to agencies.
• Strong understanding of the

  digital advertising ecosystem

  and influencer marketing landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Hustler mindset: ability to open doors, close deals, and scale relationships.
