Client's BFF (Internship)

About the Role

Think of yourself as the superhero brands didn’t know they needed. Once a brand is onboarded, you’re their go-to person : the one who makes sure everything runs smoothly, problems are solved quickly, and renewals feel like a no-brainer.

What you’ll actually do (minus the corporate jargon):

• Be the friendly face/voice for onboarded brands.
• Help them navigate the platform (basically, their tour guide + tech whisperer).
• Troubleshoot small issues and make sure nothing becomes a “big issue.”
• Nudge brands in a non-boring, non-spammy way.
• Keep the vibe alive by checking in to see if they’re happy with their campaigns.
• Pass on feedback so we can keep making the platform cooler.

What we’re looking for:

• A people-person who can listen, and problem-solve.
• Someone who’s patient but also knows how to hustle.
• Organized enough to remember follow-ups (sticky notes are cool, but we like Google Sheets too 😅).
• Bonus points if you’re curious about influencer marketing or SaaS platforms but mostly, we care that you’re eager to learn.
