Role Overview: We are looking for an Agency Partnerships Manager who will lead Xley's growth by onboarding advertising agencies across India from independent firms to leading network agencies. This role is about driving adoption of Xley as the preferred platform for influencer marketing, building long-term relationships, and creating win-win collaborations for agencies and their clients. Key Responsibilities: Identify, connect, and onboard advertising agencies (large, medium, boutique) onto the Xley platform. Build and maintain senior-level relationships with agency leadership, media planners, and brand strategists. Pitch and sell the Xley platform as a scalable solution for influencer discovery, analytics, and campaign execution. Partner with agencies to create monetizable use-cases and drive recurring adoption of the platform. Conduct product demos, workshops, and training sessions for agency teams.
