Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for an Agency Partner located in Bihar. The Agency Partner will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and developing advisors. They will provide training and support to advisors, monitor their performance, and help them achieve sales targets. The role involves maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication, and delivering exceptional customer service.
