Job Description

Key Job Responsibilities The job description (JD) for roles within the Agency Partner channel typically includes the following duties: 

  • Recruitment and Licensing

    : Identifying and recruiting quality prospective insurance advisors and ensuring they complete the necessary training and acquire licensing from the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI).

  • Team Management & Motivation

    : Managing, monitoring, and motivating the team of advisors to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.

  • Training and Development

    : Providing on-the-job training and continuous development support to the advisor team.

  • Sales Target Achievement

    : Collaborating with advisors to generate monthly business and achieve overall sales goals for life or health insurance products.

  • Relationship Management

    : Building and maintaining strong relationships with advisors and other stakeholders.

  • Policy Persistence and Profitability

    : Ensuring the persistence (renewal rate) of policies sourced by the team to achieve overall team profitability.
