Key Responsibilities

1. Port Cost Management:

- Audit Proforma Disbursement Accounts (DA) and process Final Vouchers

- Scrutinize Proforma Disbursement Accounts (PDA) and negotiate costs with agents

- Review nomination letters to confirm adherence to fixture terms

- Follow up with agents to collect missing details or supporting documentation

- Process Final Disbursement Accounts (FDA) and ensure accuracy with supporting documents

2. SLA Compliance:

- Meet internal and client-specific SLA timelines

- Ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks and responsibilities

3. Data Management:

- Collaborate with Master Data team to add new agents, bank account details, and vessels to the database

- Ensure adherence to internal verification process and data integrity standards

4. Tech-Savvy Approach:

- Use digital tools to maximize operational efficiency

- Streamline processes and improve team performance, especially with tariffs and invoices in various languages

5. Team Collaboration:

- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment

- Engage with team members, share ideas, and be open to feedback

6. Flexible Working Hours:
