Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage agency channel sales performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents to drive business growth.
  • Identify new opportunities for cross-selling and upselling motor insurance products.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance agent skills and knowledge.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.

  • 1-6 years of experience in general insurance sales, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of motor insurance policies and procedures.
