Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team of Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and growth in the CSC vertical.
Develop and implement strategies to increase motor insurance penetration through CSCs.
Ensure effective communication with customers, internal stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth.
Maintain accurate records of sales performance, partner performance, and other key metrics.
Handle team of 7 sales manager of CSC Vertical

Desired Candidate Profile

2-7 years of experience in General Insurance industry with expertise in Motor Insurance.
Strong understanding of CSC channel management and its potential for growth.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams effectively.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Must have minimum 1year team handling exposure along with motor insurance
