Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow agency channel sales revenue through effective relationship management with agents.
  • Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and negotiate deals to increase market share.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., underwriting, claims) to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy development.
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining high levels of productivity.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-6 years of experience in insurance industry or related field.
  • Strong understanding of health insurance products and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with agents.
  • Ability to analyze data to drive business decisions; proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets; ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
