Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Taking care of collection and recovery in car portfolio.
Handling Agency on Allocated Pool of Collection portfolio.
Updating visit trails and money collection details on Mobile App & Vendor mobile app.
100% % visit on High POS cases and tracking asset utilization and availability.
Managing daily and weekly targets as to facilitate the monthly targets.
Ensuring adherence to processes, compliance and audit related activities.
No delay in deposition.
Fraud cases to be highlighted on a timely basis to FCU team.
Work closely with the Vendors on the Field portfolio allocation for the delinquent pool .
The Key role is to monitor and review the allocation given to Vendor and ensure that Vendor is achieving the given target.
To ensure that agency is compliant with the Code of conduct and Payment depositions, E-receipting handover TAT, usage of Mobile app, Trail uploads and Laid down process.
Review assigned collections processes, Evaluate Agency manpower, Billing Reconciliation & identify and address operational and financial risks and opportunities to improve process efficiency.
Highlighting observations/ gaps identified during process checks and tracking closure of the observations.
Perform periodic quality check and audit to improve efficiency of the vendor.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate
3 - 4 yrs experience in handling agency from collection background must
Good communication and pleasing personality.
High level of Self Drive/Enthusiasm
