Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Field Executive based in Jorhat. The Agency Field Executive will be responsible for building and managing relationships with local partners and agencies, conducting field visits, and implementing strategic initiatives to expand Paytm's market presence. Day-to-day tasks will include providing support to partners, ensuring the execution of campaigns, and driving operational efficiency to achieve business targets.

Qualifications

• Customer Relationship Management, Networking, and Field Operations skills
• Sales, Business Development, and Market Expansion experience
• Analytical skills, Problem-Solving, and a Results-driven approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage on-site activities and work independently under minimal supervision
• Experience in the fintech or digital payments sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
