Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Development Manager located in Vishakhapatnam ,Vijayawada ,Hyderabad, Overall A.P. Telangana region and Bangalore location The Agency Development Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships recruit Agents For Insurance Sales Product , overseeing the performance of the agency network, providing training and support to agents, and ensuring that sales targets are met. Additionally, the role involves strategizing for business growth, analyzing market trends, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance the agency's performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in agency management, relationship building, and partnership development
• Skills in sales, business development, and achieving sales targets
• Knowledge of market analysis, strategic planning, and implementing growth strategies
• Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹208,170.75 - ₹544,129.50 per year
