Job Summary The Associate Agency Development Manager is responsible for: Agent recruitment and development Meeting business targets Ensuring customer satisfaction Driving growth and productivity through the agency channel Key Responsibilities & Deliverables 1. Agent Recruitment Develop sources for agent hiring and build a robust agent pipeline Conduct activities to increase footfall and generate referrals Adhere to Max Life GOLD process and hiring norms (including 9-pointer hiring mechanism) 2. Agent Development Ensure training and product knowledge through MNYL training methods Develop agents' prospecting, calling, and work habits Review agents performance regularly and provide coaching Identify and facilitate agents training needs with the help of Trainers 3. Business Target Achievement Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business goals Increase agent productivity and policy persistency Ensure the right product mix and sales as per business norms Monitor and drive agent proactivity. Hiring Specifications (CLEAN Filter) C - City: Minimum 4 years of residence in the city. L - Loyalty: Minimum 1.5 years average tenure in previous roles E - Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience A - Age: Between 24 to 38 years N - Non-negotiable adherence to CLEAN criteria
