Agency Business Manager

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join as Agency Business Partners in the Life Insurance sector. Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales professionals.
• Drive sales targets through effective team management and customer engagement.

• Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback for improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in preferably any Insurance sector
• Graduate degree is mandatory.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve business targets.
• A proactive, self-motivated, and result-driven attitude.
