Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Building Manager based in Vellore. The role involves overseeing building and facility management operations to ensure optimal functionality and safety standards are met. Key responsibilities include maintaining facilities, managing budgets, and ensuring proper communication with stakeholders. The Agency Building Manager will drive operational efficiency and align building management with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Building Management and Building Maintenance
• Proficiency in Facility Management (FM) and Budgeting processes
• Strong Communication skills to effectively coordinate with teams and stakeholders
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure efficient facility operations
• Proven ability to manage teams and lead projects efficiently
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and compliance standards
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role within the insurance or service industry is a plus
