Key Responsibilities:

Installation, commissioning, and servicing of
industrial pumps, motors, compressors
, and related equipment.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to industrial clients.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues.
Conduct preventive maintenance and handle breakdown service calls.
Support sales team with product demos, technical presentations, and customer visits.
Maintain service reports, documentation, and feedback records.
Manage spare parts, service schedules, and team coordination (Manager level).

Required Qualifications:

BE in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering

OR

Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering (ITI preferred but optional)
Good knowledge of pumps, motors, compressors, and industrial systems.
Strong troubleshooting and customer-handling ability.
Basic computer skills (Email, MS Office, Reporting).

Skills & Additional Requirements:

Field sales experience (preferred).
Lead generation skills through industrial visits, networking, and follow-ups.
Ability to close sales with strong negotiation and communication skills.
Willingness to travel for service and customer visits.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
