Job Description

Process In-Charge cum Lab In-Charge WRS Plant (Chapparadahalli, Bengaluru)

Position:

Process In-Charge cum Lab In-Charge

Key Responsibilities:

Process Responsibilities:

Oversee process performance of the WRS plant, ensuring stable and optimized operations.
Monitor critical parameters (pH, Flow, Recovery %, MLSS, COD, BOD, TDS, Turbidity, DO, etc.).
Identify process deviations and implement necessary corrective actions.
Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams for downtime reduction.
Support process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Lab Responsibilities:

Manage complete laboratory operations at site.
Conduct and review water quality testing as per standards.
Ensure proper calibration, upkeep, and usage of lab equipment (pH meter, DO meter, Spectrophotometer, etc.).
Maintain lab records, test reports, chemical stock, and documentation.
Verify compliance with client quality parameters and regulatory norms.

Reporting & Coordination:

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports (process + lab).
Coordinate with client representatives for process updates and quality compliance.
Participate in review meetings and highlight improvement areas.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of
WRS / ETP / STP / RO / UF / ZLD
processes.
Hands-on experience with water testing methods (COD, BOD, TSS, TDS, MLSS/MLVSS).
Ability to analyze data and implement process control strategies.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
Leadership capability to guide lab and process teams.

Benefits:

Attractive salary: 30,000 to 36,000 Gross.
