We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented finance professional to handle end to end finance operations and provide assistance to our portfolio entities as and when needed.
Job Purpose:
The Affiliate Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving brand visibility, audience growth, and revenue through strategic affiliate partnerships. This role involves building and managing affiliate networks, negotiating contracts, analyzing performance metrics, and creating marketing campaigns tailored for the entertainment industry. The goal is to amplify reach while ensuring alignment with the company s brand and entertainment offerings.
Key Responsibilities
: - Build, manage, and optimize affiliate networks and partnerships to increase brand presence and revenue streams.
- Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with high-potential affiliates within the entertainment ecosystem (e.g., online platforms, influencers, media channels).
- Develop promotional strategies with affiliates, including campaigns, program launches, and special offers for concerts, films, OTT, live shows, and other entertainment events.
- Creative understanding and Understanding of performance marketing.
- he / she is willing to work and grow towards performance marketing, google and Facebook, strategy etc
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (traffic, leads, conversions, ROI), providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Negotiate commission structures, contracts, and promotional deals to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with creative, digital, and content teams to ensure affiliate promotions align with brand identity.
- Stay updated with entertainment marketing trends, affiliate technologies, and competitor strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand guidelines, and legal requirements in all partnership activities.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing strategies and digital marketing channels.
- Knowledge of the entertainment industry (events, music, OTT, films, or media) preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in analytics and tracking tools.
- Creative problem-solving ability and strategic thinking.
- Strong project management and multitasking skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Management, or related field.
- 2 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in entertainment, media, or digital industries.
- Proven track record of managing successful affiliate campaigns and partnerships.
- Proficiency in affiliate platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Impact, CJ, etc.).
