Role Overview We are seeking a Marketing Associate to join our team and play a key role in executing, optimizing, and scaling our marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, data-driven, and eager to work in a fast-paced Web3 environment. You will be the backbone of marketing execution - ensuring smooth campaign launches, accurate tracking, and actionable insights. Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution & Tracking Coordinate and launch campaigns across channels (affiliates, paid ads, influencers, email, Discord, X, etc.). Maintain campaign calendars, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met. Set up and QA campaign tracking (UTMs, data analytics, attribution tools). Analytics & Reporting Monitor KPIs (CAC, LTV, funnel conversion rates, channel ROI, retention). Prepare weekly/monthly performance dashboards for management review. Assist in running A/B tests for creatives, offers, and user journeys. Affiliate & Partner Ops Support affiliate onboarding, tracking, and reporting. Coordinate pay-outs, campaign alignment, and compliance checks. Process & Tooling Manage marketing databases, CRM systems, and automation workflows. Ensure clean data hygiene across marketing and user funnels. Work with product and data teams to improve tracking and reporting infrastructure. Requirements 1-3 years of experience in marketing operations, growth, or campaign management (Web3 or predictions markets experience a plus). Strong analytical skills; comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, attribution dashboards, and CRM tools. Familiarity with digital marketing channels (paid, social, email, affiliates). Strong project management and organizational skills; able to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. Interest in crypto, sports, or prediction markets is strongly preferred.
