Job Description

Experience: - 2-5 years

Qualification - Graduate/Post Graduate

Responsibilities:

Affiliate Program Management:

Onboard, manage, and nurture affiliate network / partners, coupon sites, and influencer networks.
Ensure timely communication of offers, promotions, and creatives to affiliates.
Performance Optimization:
Track, analyze, and report affiliate performance metrics (sales, ROI, conversion rates, etc.).
Optimize campaigns and identify high-performing affiliates to maximize ROI.
Collaboration Coordination:
Work with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure affiliates get updated creatives and landing pages.
Collaborate with finance to manage affiliate payouts and resolve discrepancies.
Strategy Growth:
Research and onboard new affiliates to expand program reach.
Benchmark against competitors and suggest new campaign ideas to scale revenue.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing (preferably in e-commerce or D2C).
Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms (eg. Admitad, Trackier).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-backed decisions.
Good communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to juggle multiple partners and campaigns at once.
