Affiliate Manager (Mobile Marketing)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of mobile campaigns through affiliate and publisher networks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, publishers, and partners to maximize performance.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to meet ROI and KPIs.
• Expand publisher base across domestic and international GEOs.
• Negotiate deals, payout structures, and ensure timely campaign delivery.
• Track daily campaign performance, provide regular reporting, and troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Ad Ops, Tech) to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, fraud detection tools, and best practices in mobile performance marketing.
  

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in affiliate marketing / mobile user acquisition.
• Strong understanding of CPI, CPA, CPL, CPM models.
• Experience managing campaigns across multiple GEOs (domestic + international).
• Hands-on knowledge of tracking platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Kochava, Branch).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to optimize campaigns for ROI.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  

Preferred

• Prior experience in Mobile Ad Networks or Digital Marketing Agencies.
• Knowledge of fraud prevention tools and traffic quality checks.
