Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Affiliate Head, located in Mumbai. The Affiliate Head will be responsible for managing and growing the affiliate program, developing strategies to increase partner engagement, analyzing program performance, and optimizing affiliate marketing campaigns. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of affiliate initiatives and establish strong relationships with external partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in affiliate marketing, partner management, and campaign optimization
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze program performance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using affiliate marketing platforms and tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience in the HR services industry is a plus
