Aesthetic Counsellor

Role Overview

The Aesthetic Counsellor acts as the primary point of contact for patients seeking dermatology and aesthetic services. The role involves understanding patient concerns, explaining suitable treatments, building trust, and ensuring high conversion rates while maintaining excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and build rapport to make them comfortable.
• Conduct initial counselling sessions to understand patient needs (skin, hair, or cosmetic concerns).
• Educate patients about clinic services, procedures, and treatment benefits.
• Prepare and present customized treatment plans in consultation with doctors.
• Handle objections, clarify doubts, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Follow up with patients for treatment scheduling, packages, and post-procedure reviews.
• Maintain detailed patient records and update CRM/software.
• Work with doctors, therapists, and the operations team to ensure smooth treatment execution.
• Achieve monthly counselling and sales targets.
• Ensure a professional, ethical, and patient-centric approach at all times.

Key Skills Required

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Knowledge of dermatology/aesthetic procedures (laser, peels, anti-aging, hair restoration, etc.).
• Ability to understand patient psychology and handle concerns sensitively.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Sales-driven, target-oriented, yet patient-first attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
