Aesthetic Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients to understand their aesthetic goals.
• Educate clients on available treatments, procedures, and skincare products (e.g., Botox, dermal fillers, lasers, facials, etc.).
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate services in collaboration with medical practitioners.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans tailored to individual client goals and budgets.
• Build rapport and trust with clients to foster long-term relationships.
• Ensure clients are well-informed of risks, benefits, costs, and post-care instructions.
• Follow up with clients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
• Coordinate with medical professionals, technicians, and front desk staff for seamless service.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and techniques in the aesthetics industry.
• Assist in marketing campaigns and promotional events when required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an aesthetic counsellor or in a similar role in a dermatology or cosmetic clinic.
• Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and skincare products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and customer service orientation.
• Professional appearance and a positive, empathetic attitude.
• Proficiency in clinic management software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
