Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced React Developer with a strong background in developing and maintaining large-scale web applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience integrating React frontends with Django-based backends, along with a good understanding of Python and Django frameworks.Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications using React.js. Collaborate with backend developers to integrate React components with Django REST APIs. Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices. Optimize application performance, ensuring responsiveness across devices and browsers. Participate in code reviews and mentor junior team members. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the frontend-backend integration. Contribute to continuous improvement in development processes and tools.Required Skills & Experience: 5 + years of experience in frontend development, primarily with React.js. Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Experience working on projects integrated with Django web applications. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling. Proficiency in state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, or Context API. Hands-on experience with modern frontend build tools. Knowledge of version control systems like Git and collaborative development tools (JIRA, GitHub, etc.).Good to Have: Working knowledge of Python and Django framework. Experience with Django REST Framework (DRF). Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. Familiarity with Docker and containerized environments.Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
