Job Description:

TechRadiance is seeking an experienced and passionate Aerospace Trainer with 2–3 years of industry and/or training experience to deliver high-quality aerospace education and hands-on training programs. The trainer will be responsible for mentoring students and professionals, designing training modules, and bridging the gap between academic knowledge and industry practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver classroom and practical training in Aerospace Engineering concepts
• Train students on topics such as:
• Aircraft Structures
• Aerodynamics
• Propulsion Systems
• Flight Mechanics
• Avionics basics
• Conduct hands-on sessions using aerospace tools, simulations, and software
• Design and update training curriculum as per industry standards
• Mentor students on projects, internships, and career paths
• Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and projects
• Coordinate with internal teams for training delivery and placement support
• Stay updated with latest aerospace technologies and trends

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace / Aeronautical / Mechanical Engineering
• 2-3 years of relevant industry or training experience
• Strong understanding of aerospace fundamentals and applications
• Experience with aerospace software/tools (MATLAB, ANSYS, CATIA, SolidWorks, etc.)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners
• Passion for teaching and mentoring

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience as a corporate trainer or academic instructor
• Knowledge of simulation tools and real-world aerospace projects
• Industry exposure in aviation, defense, or space sectors

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
