Job Description

Role Overview:

AEM Lead / Web Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Lead site assembly and functionality testing of new features in lower environments prior to production deployment.
Act as
AEM Subject Matter Expert (SME)
and guide teams on site assembly best practices and governance standards.
Participate in
feature demos, documentation reviews
, and ensure completeness of technical documentation.
Proactively identify gaps, communicate improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Microservices, Development, Operations).
Monitor and optimize
site performance, structure, broken links, and tagging
issues before and after releases.
Develop
training materials and documentation
, and provide operational sign-offs post-training.
Actively contribute to
site governance meetings
and blueprint development to ensure alignment with business and technical standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Strong knowledge of
JIRA
for tracking and project management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong
problem-solving, decision-making
, and analytical abilities.
High attention to detail in testing, documentation, and governance.

Preferred Experience:

Working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
Experience in
web performance monitoring & optimization
.
Exposure to
site governance and operational sign-off
processes.
