Job Description

Mandatory Skills Description:
- Strong expertise in AEM installation, configuration, and migration.- Deep understanding of AEM architecture, design patterns, and cloud integration.- Proficiency in Linux systems administration, including scripting and cron jobs.- Experience managing AEM upgrades and patches, especially in-place upgrades (e.g., 6.3 6.4).- Exposure to Dispatcher configuration, replication setup, and performance tuning.- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.- Ability to troubleshoot AEM environmentsindexing, OSGi, JVM, and caching.- Strong understanding of AEM Forms new features and version enhancements.- Capability to analyze current AEM Forms setup and propose upgrade/migration improvements.- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills Description:
- 5-10 years of hands-on experience in AEM Forms Administration (v6.4 or higher).- Experience with AEM development for guiding developers on best practices.- Working knowledge of cloud platforms (especially Azure).- Familiarity with product patches, vendor coordination, and change management processes.- Prior experience collaborating with Adobe vendor support for issue resolution.
