Key responsibilities might include drafting and reviewing property-related documents, conducting title searches and due diligence, advising on compliance with real estate laws and regulations, and assisting in litigation matters related to property disputes. You'd also work closely with other departments, like sales and marketing, to ensure legal compliance.
