Advocate

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Advocate with 0–2 years of experience to join our Legal team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and representing the company in legal matters. This role is ideal for a recent law graduate or a junior lawyer looking to gain hands-on experience in a corporate/legal setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, agreements, and notices.
• Assisting in litigation matters including preparation of case files, court appearances, and follow-ups.
• Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries or opinions.
• Assisting in regulatory compliance and documentation.
• Coordinating with external legal counsels and law firms.
• Maintaining legal records and documentation systematically.
• Providing support for internal departments on legal queries.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
• Enrolled with the Bar Council of India (preferred but not mandatory for in-house roles).

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of legal concepts, procedures, and regulations.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and legal research tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.

Experience:

0–2 years of experience in litigation, corporate law, or in-house legal roles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
