As an Advocate at our company, located in Kalol, you will play a key role in providing expert legal advice and representing clients in various legal matters. Your responsibilities will include preparing legal documents, ensuring compliance with legal processes, and managing case files effectively. By conducting thorough research on legal frameworks and attending court proceedings, you will contribute to achieving favorable outcomes for our clients. Additionally, your ability to liaise with clients and stakeholders will be crucial in maintaining strong relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Provide expert legal advice to clients - Represent clients in various legal matters - Prepare legal documents and ensure compliance with legal processes - Research legal frameworks and manage case files - Attend court proceedings and liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of legal principles, case law, and statutory interpretation - Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and documentation - Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills - Ability to work on multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines - Experience in courtroom litigation and advocacy skills - Ethical and detail-oriented approach to work - Bachelors degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; certification to practice law in the respective jurisdiction is required - Experience in civil, criminal, or corporate law (as applicable) is a plus,
