Your main responsibility will be to provide analysis and valuation services for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions, assisting clients in making informed decisions by assessing the worth and potential risks of various deals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Apply key valuation methodologies such as Income Approach, Market Approach, and Asset/Cost approaches. - Prepare memoranda and reports to communicate research findings and recommendations effectively. - Conduct in-depth client, industry, and market research. - Seek guidance and feedback on assigned projects proactively. - Utilize Microsoft Excel for the manipulation and analysis of large datasets. - Work effectively as part of a diverse delivery team, appreciating multiple perspectives. **Qualifications Required:** - Good level of experience in valuation methodologies - Education/qualifications: B.Com Graduate and CFA Level 2 candidate - Industry experience in IT, Software, and Pharma Industry - Technical capability in Valuation Concepts and methodologies around Business Valuation and common stock valuation - Key personal attributes: Good technical and communication skills At PwC, you are expected to be a reliable and contributing member of the team, adapting to working with a variety of clients and team members.
