Advisor - PCG TL

As an Advisor PCG Team Lead, your role involves playing a Captain's role by taking responsibility for your own P&L delivery while managing and mentoring a team. Your key responsibilities will include: - Attracting, onboarding, and leading a team of 45 advisors & traders - Personally executing trades and orders (derivatives, options, cash) - Managing HNI/UHNI client portfolios with high service standards - Driving client acquisition and retention for both yourself and team members - Ensuring that the team achieves cross-selling and revenue targets To excel in this role, you should possess the following key skills and qualifications: - Proficiency in trading/order-punching across segments - Demonstrated leadership abilities in hiring, mentoring, and developing trading/advisory talent - Strong HNI/UHNI relationship management skills - In-depth knowledge of products such as derivatives, options, cash, and trading strategy - Excellent communication, coaching, and a strong drive for achieving results Your performance will be measured based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets including personal and team AUM and revenue goals, new client acquisition (self + team), team trading volumes, and cross-sell percentages across team portfolios.,
