Advisor -PCG TL

As an Advisor PCG Team Lead based in Mumbai with a minimum of 5 years of broking experience and team-handling experience, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Playing a Captain Role by being responsible for your own P&L delivery while managing and mentoring a team. - Attracting, onboarding, and leading a team of 45 advisors & traders. - Personally executing trades and orders in derivatives, options, and cash segments. - Managing HNI/UHNI client portfolios with high service standards. - Driving client acquisition and retention for both yourself and team members. - Ensuring that the team achieves cross-selling and revenue targets. Key Skills & Qualifications required for this role include: - Proficiency in trading/order-punching across segments. - Proven leadership skills in hiring, mentoring, and developing trading/advisory talent. - Strong HNI/UHNI relationship management abilities. - In-depth product knowledge in derivatives, options, cash, and trading strategy. - Excellent communication, coaching, and a drive for achieving results. Your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & Targets will include: - Achieving personal and team AUM and revenue goals. - New client acquisition targets for both yourself and the team. - Monitoring team trading volumes. - Ensuring cross-sell percentages across team portfolios meet the set targets. You will be expected to lead by example and ensure the success of your team while delivering on your own performance targets.,
